Bible Study

He who gives attention to the word will find good, and blessed is he who trusts in the Lord.
Proverbs 16:20

“A disciple is someone who can calculate the world in which he lives through the lens of Scripture.” – Ralph Dollinger

The Bible is called “The Word of God.” And most of what God has to say to us, He’s written in His Word. This is why we take Bible study seriously. When you participate in Bible study with a group of people, you grow in your understanding of the Word; you develop authentic relationships with people in your group; you know God better; you know God’s will for your life; and you become more like Jesus.

Right now we have two Bible study groups for adults. We gather in the fellowship hall every Sunday morning at 9:15AM for coffee and light snacks then go to our rooms.

“Don’t let anyone despise your youth, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, and in purity.” 1 Timothy 4:12

At Friendship Culleoka, we know teens have a deep respect for the Bible and care about its relevance in the world. That’s why we are eager to grow a youth ministry that is anchored in Sunday morning Bible study.

Teens in grades 6-12 participate in challenging Bible study in the “basement” at 9:15AM every Sunday.

Jesus said, “Leave the little children alone, and don’t try to keep them from coming to me, because the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14

Every Sunday, children at Friendship Culleoka enjoy a creative, relevant, age-appropriate environment for the Bible to be taught. We believe it's important for your child to grow in their faith and connect with other kids in a safe and fun way.

Join us every Sunday at 9:15AM in the upper hallway for age-graded classrooms filled with eager volunteers ready to welcome your children and cultivate a lifelong love for God’s Word.
